I went for Tire Rotation. Came out of the parking lot and before I could get onto Rte. 17S, I heard a BANG! Flat tire. Brought it back to Toyota. They had my tire and fixed it Came out of the parking lot and before I could get onto Rte. 17S, I heard a BANG! Flat tire. Brought it back to Toyota. They had my tire and fixed it. (So-called.) 3 weeks later a light comes onto the dashboard. When I check what it meant it said, : "Your tires need air. Go to a gas station or dealer." Took it back to the dealer. They said the front tires were over-inflated. They would fix it. My son told me when they over inflate the tires, they could burst. That's exactly what happened to my front right tire on the passenger side. Now I do not think they changed the oil when I brought it in during the summer. I do not trust them to do any more work. When my lease is up, good-bye!!! More

I’m usually not a fan of spending my evening at a dealership, but with him, I honestly could’ve hung out all night. He made the whole process smooth, easy, and surprisingly fun (which, let’s be real, is not a word most people use about car shopping).
