I purchased a pre-owned A4 and I have to say this was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had.
Taylor the sales representative was courteous and accommodating and truly strived to make my experience a great one. I got a great car at a fair price and I’m happy with the overall experience.
"Damaged my car and wont repair it"
I brought in my convertible to get the convertible hydraulics repaired and the repair shop made a gash in the soft top and claims they are not responsible for any damages done. What a joke!!! Basically they can damage your entire car and claim no responsibility! I will never use them again!
"GM Chris is awesome"
Came into a few problems with Alex and Tim (no longer with Audi), and Chris came to save the day. Helped with the issue and resolved all the problems. Very prompt and answered all my questions.

At 59, I still envision that image each time I walk into a dealership. Fast talking, make the sale types make me want to shop online. That was not my experience with Steve Seigal! He is a relationship manager with incredible people skills. He listens, he follows-up, and his positive energy lifts the spirit. Steve spent over 1 hour demonstrating the which seemed complex tech features of my awesome A6. Steve Seigal redfines the meaning of sales. Audi Meadowlands should be proud to have him on their team!!!
