Stephen Ferrar has been and continues to be most helpful. The dealership itself is quite a nice facility. I bought a Ford Edge from Ford of Franklin. Stephen Farrar has followed up with me numerous times and helped answer any questions I had about my vehicle. Coming through town I was able to get my vehicle serviced quickly. I could not believe the turn around speed they had. Especially con, I didn’t purchase there abs had never been there. We were traveling through Franklin on our way to FL, when we had car trouble. It was a Saturday morning, and Chris in the service department got us in right away, diagnosed the issue, (a defective wheel bea we had car trouble. It was a Saturday morning, and Chris in the service department got us in right away, diagnosed the issue, (a defective wheel bearing that had been replaced just a week earlier), put in a new wheel bearing and had us back on the road. Chris was very accommodating and did his best to make the necessary repair on short notice, on a weekend, and we were so grateful. More

***** UPDATE ********* I wanted to update the star rating for Ford of Franklin due to the recent assistance I received from Lauren DiStephano (CRM at Ford of Franklin). Lauren contacted me regarding t rating for Ford of Franklin due to the recent assistance I received from Lauren DiStephano (CRM at Ford of Franklin). Lauren contacted me regarding this issue. She went above and beyond to help resolve this situation and I am incredibly grateful to Lauren, the owner of Ford of Franklin, and everyone else involved. This really is the only dealership I have taken our vehicles to get serviced and was really not sure where I was going to go after having this experience. Thank you again, Lauren, for your understanding, your kindness and your superior customer service. ******************************************** Typically my experience at this dealership is very good and I always get to let them know by completing surveys at the end of each of my visits. However, I had a terrible visit a few days ago and when I did not receive a survey I requested it from the gentleman that was assisting me and not only did I not get a response from him, but I did not get a link to a survey so I am going to post my review here. Long story short, I dropped my car off because there was a stalling issue. As usual. I was called with not only a quote for the issue I brought it in but also a quote after they inspected my vehicle overall. I explained to Chris Eisenhower who was my representative that I was not interested in having anything else done to my vehicle except for the stalling issue. Chris told me he understood but he was going to send me a quote for all of the services so that I had it for future reference and then proceeded to tell me to just look over the first two pages because that was the service I had requested. I called Chris Eisenhower personally thanking him for the quote and told him to just proceed with what I had originally brought it in for. The next day I was advised my vehicle was finished. I went up to the dealership to retrieve my car and pay for services. When Chris Eisenhower advised me that despite my original request to only complete the stalling issue, the maintenance team decided to fix everything on my vehicle that was included in the email quote. I expressed my dissatisfaction with Chris Eisenhower who said he needed to call a manager to give me a discount. Since he misunderstood me somehow, They took a whopping $380 off of my $2600 bill which was not satisfactory. But at this point I was sitting in Chris Eisenhower's office about to burst into tears because I wasn't expecting to have to pay an extra $1,500 to fix my vehicle especially when I called him and specifically reminded him that I only wanted the first two services completed. I paid for my vehicle and I left bitterly disappointed. I understand you can't just take old parts and put them back into the car. I know it's not as simple exchange so as that but $380? Is that really all? No follow-up call from Chris Eisenhower or at least his manager apologizing again for screwing me financially. I mean what could I have done? It's not like I could just turn everything back in for an exchange. I feel like I was deceived and manipulated over this entire situation. Don't know that I will ever return to this dealership. More
