First when making an appointment for a recall which is we are forced to bring down our new cars on our time , day off , etc . Recalls should be expedited as fast as possible! Needless to say my recall statem are forced to bring down our new cars on our time , day off , etc . Recalls should be expedited as fast as possible! Needless to say my recall statement I received in the mail clearly states less than an hour and I waited over 3 hours !! Not happy !also when I asked how much longer after being there 2 hours I received attitude! Definitely terrible service! More

Not a great experience. I started the process online because I live 2 hours away, I requested a quote over email and I provided all the information for my trade-in to make I started the process online because I live 2 hours away, I requested a quote over email and I provided all the information for my trade-in to make sure the quote was as close to accurate as possible. After 2 days I finally received it; the numbers looked great, so I asked if all fees were included and it was confirmed. After I got to the dealership I was informed that since my trade-in wasn't included my original quote, my new quote was up $300 and I was blame for not checking the original quote. I checked and asked, I take some responsibility, but this is not what I do for a living. So, I'm expecting some diligence from my salesperson. After much discussion I was offered I good deal for my trade and I decided to continue with the process. After waiting for almost 3 hours, I finally got to see the finance person. As I'm signing the documents I noticed the invoice was $500 off from the quote I signed at the showroom. I was fixed right away, but I was never given a reason why. The whole process felt shady, the only reason I did the deal was because I got a fair price for my trade and I didn't want to waste 4 hours, I think they expected that too. More

They could have fixed my Kia Sorento while it was under my extended warranty for and oil leak problem but choose not to now the warranty has ran a week after wards. Now they want big money to fix it. To change oil now I have a WORST problem. I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER KIA. I will not remend anyone to buy one. I fill completely RIPPED OFF. More
