Marlboro Nissan service We have been Nissan owners for about 12 years now. I only have them serviced by Marlboro Nissan. Paul and his crew always explain exactly what I need and never try to sell me anything I don’t. When you have a garage that you trust that does great work, why would you go anywhere else? 5 stars isn’t enough for these guys More

Great experience at Marlboro Nissan I absolutely hate the thought of buying a car - I had a nice, smooth, quick experience here! Dissatisfied I called to make an appointment and spoke with the service department. When giving them my information my VIN was not in the system. I was given a pho I called to make an appointment and spoke with the service department. When giving them my information my VIN was not in the system. I was given a phone number to call Nissan headquarters. They sent me a form to fill out through my email I returned my information to register my VIN. No one ever told me to make sure it had gone through the system. On the morning Of my appointment I was told my Vin number was not in the system. I was also told it would take 24 hours before it would appear in their system. I try to explain I had Made arrangements with my work that I would be coming in late or I needed the day off depending on what they said when I dropped my car offwork. The service person didn't seem to care at all About how inconvenient this was for me. He asked me if I wanted to leave my car or take it home. I left my car because my Daughter waited for me. She neededI to go to work. I was not able to get my car back to the dealership the next day. I personally called Nissan headquarters When I got home. When I called I asked to speak to the same person I spoke to the 1st time. I was told they could not put me through to her line I had to go through the whole situation again. They explain to me it would take 24 hours for my Vin number to go through the system I explained how disappointed I was and now i had taken the day off from work. They Suggested to put in a formal complaint. Miraculously within 2 hours I got a phone call from the dealership Somehow they were able to look at my car. They could not explain to me how they got to look at my car without my VIN Without it being in the system.I am still very confused how all this happened and why it couldn't have happened when I was at the dealership??? I could have waited for them to look at my car and gone to work from there! More
