Absolute worse experience I have ever had with a
dealership. First I went in and bought a new car drive it off the lot and the backup camera went out. I tried bringing it in to get fixed but it is t

I tried bringing it in to get fixed but it is the only vehicle I have with two kids and they can’t give me a loaner so I have not been able to get that fixed. I also turned in a lease to them that needed to get some work done they assured me the work would be done before they turned the lease in and had no problem taking my deductible. They had the vehicle for roughly two months and then I get a call they can’t find the vehicle and don’t know what happened to it but finally have the parts so I spend an entire day on the phone and come to find out they turned the vehicle over to Chrysler Capital with none of the repairs being done so now I owe Chrysler Capital money. The dealership initially stated they were keeping the deductible because they couldn’t send the parts back and then agreed to return it to me this has been almost two weeks ago now and I have not been reimbursed. Don’t give this company your time or money because they will do nothing to take care of you on the back end when the inevitably screw something up.
