The service representative who I met with the day I arrived to drop off my car was nice. The people I spoke to on the phone to confirm my appointment and loaner car the day before were a nightmare. Mbusa sends out a recall letter and I made an appointment. In the letter it states that 3 open recalls where available for my vehicle, upon arrival I was told that my car did not qualify for the appointment. In the letter it states that 3 open recalls where available for my vehicle, upon arrival I was told that my car did not qualify for the recall and made me waste an entire day on driving to the dealer ship, towards the end when I was speaking to my advisor he told me that $350 was required to look at my sunroof which was the cause of my visit, I immediately stood up and told the advisor, have a good day good bye.
