I ordered my Jeep Wrangler in early March. Due to the pandemic delivery took longer than expected. Chris did a great job of keeping me updated. Easy, quick, and stress-free Dreaded buying a new car through a dealer. Costco pre-negotiated pricing led us to Reed Jeep. Chris Jones was excellent to work with and, without any Dreaded buying a new car through a dealer. Costco pre-negotiated pricing led us to Reed Jeep. Chris Jones was excellent to work with and, without any negotiating, got a price that was lower than any other dealer we visited. Ordered a factory build and when we picked it up, we were on the road in less than 2 hours. Great communication and a focus on making our buying experience memorable for all the good reasons. I had just moved to Kansas and getting settled in a new job when on Saturday, January 11, 2020 a very fierce snowstorm hit the area I am living. I found that the car I have here was not going to.make it in these kind of weather's and so I know a anothwr vehicle was needed...and it was not on my list to go buy a vehicle. I looked on line to at least 30 dealers before I found the one I wanted...the dealership saw I was online...a Shelly messaged and then called me. She gave me to Chris Jones and I call him and tell him I am on my way. In short...even though they knew I needed Jeep they had they still treated me so fairly...gave me a discount and made buying my Jeep such a smooth and pleasant experience. Chris Jones is great and so professional. He made the whole car buy situation I was in easy and comfortable. He explained all the features of the Jeep during our talk in the office and on the test drive. When i was done with finance he had the car all cleaned up...full tank of gas and was ready to go. And i need to add this last bit of great service that just happened. Chris texted me and said after the sale they had found a recall on the Jeep. He is going to come to.my place of work tomorrow morning...take the care into his service and have the recall for a software update done and bring the car back! What car dealership does that! Excellent, courteous, & knowledgeable Experience Chris Jones was recommended to me by a coworker that had purchased a Jeep at Reed earlier this year. Chris was very good to work with while I was looking at different Jeeps over the last several months. Since I live approximately 2 and a half hours drive away from Overland Park, KS, Chris returned emails and sent photos of different vehicles to me and my coworker until I found the right vehicle. I was able to make arrangements with Chris over the phone so when I drove up to pick the vehicle up, it went smoothly and quickly so we could get back on the road and be home before dark. Chris took time to show me about the features of the Jeep and was very knowledgable about the Jeep and all of the electronics. I will definitely recommend Chris Jones and Reed Jeep to anyone that is interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. More
