We were there with our children and they were patient with the kids and turned cartoons on for them so we could finish the process. Overall it only took about an hour to check the vehicle over and complete the process and we took the car home that day since we lived farther away. He was extremely knowledgeable about the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee we just purchased. His general demeanor and approach toward "selling" a car was like nothing we've ever experienced. Not once did my wife or I feel pressured into a "Sales Pitch" mentality. It's rare that you kind find that kind of balance and he truly exemplifies the ideal sales rep. We will gladly do business with FMC again and highly recommend their services. -Mark More

I also feel that raising your voice to potential buyer is extremely rude. When I tried to explained that to the Sales Manager, he said well ma'am I was there when he explained that to you. No you weren't because I would have told you no thank you and not wasted nearly 3 days. I can wait to buy this car and I will certainly not recommend you to anyone else. I was only look at this dealership, because you inherited me as a customer from Ray Thomas. Thanks but no thanks. I tried to speak with the General Manager at the time, but he was not available today when I called. More

"Found exactly what I was looking for!" I had been shopping for a used VW Jetta for my son. Falls City Motors had one that had just been on the lot for two days. It was in excellent condit I had been shopping for a used VW Jetta for my son. Falls City Motors had one that had just been on the lot for two days. It was in excellent condition, had one owner, came with a free car fax, service records and limited warranty. The dealership made sure everything was in perfect working order before it went on the lot. It even had new brakes, rotors and tires on it. I felt like it was a safe car to purchase and knowing it came with the warranty gave me peace of mind. In addition to the best VW Jetta out there, my salesman made the experience even better! Chris Richardson was awesome! He was so friendly and personable from the moment I met him. He wasn't pushy or overbearing. He was very sincere! He explained everything that would be involved in purchasing the car and understood what was in my best interest. Buying the car was an easy process without being high pressured. ( The finance manager was very kind, knowledgeable and made the process as easy as possible. ) Chris has gone out of his way to follow through on a part that had been ordered for the car and installed. He genuinely cared that I was happy with the purchase. He really follows through with questions even after the purchase! What a nice young man who made my car buying experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend Chris and Falls City Motors! More
