One of the worst customer service buying experiences I've ever had. Two months after purchase I still have not received my plates and parts that I was told would be two weeks at max. Upon reaching out time a ever had. Two months after purchase I still have not received my plates and parts that I was told would be two weeks at max. Upon reaching out time and time again, no response from anyone. Multiple messages left to multiple managers and no response. I would not buy from them again considering the hassle it has been to get them to come through with anything on their part of the deal. More

Dealership looks more like a junkyard I came here looking for a VW atlas. drove up to this dealership and swore I got the wrong place! Lot had a bunch of cars but there were also loose ca I came here looking for a VW atlas. drove up to this dealership and swore I got the wrong place! Lot had a bunch of cars but there were also loose car parts and open dumpsters visible on the property. I couldn’t tell where the VW front door was, no signs to “enter here”, just garage looking doors. Most bizarre dealership. I totally get that it must be low rent or low overhead there but this place had no frills for customers ready to drop $30-40K! Didn’t see any sales reps walking about unless they were the two guys I saw smoking next to the row of new VWs. Yes, I need a bit more reception for this price bracket. More

Slimey salespeople Literally lied to my face. Nick Smith is horrible. I had somewhere to be, he told me to let him know if i was buying and he would pull it off the lot. Literally lied to my face. Got an email shortly after that they sold it to someone else, when I called to ask, he was very rude and said I didn't put a deposit down so they sold it. I would have put a deposit, but he didn't say I needed to and said he was pulling it off the lot. Second time I have had issues with this place. They really are like the bad car dealerships you always hear about.... Also, his dad is the manager, so he knew daddy had his back. More

Empty promises Stay away from this dealership, they will say anything to try and bribe you to come in to try and make a sale. I Stopped by to check out some passat's Stay away from this dealership, they will say anything to try and bribe you to come in to try and make a sale. I Stopped by to check out some passat's, told them the payment I wanted per month. 2 salesmen and the Gsm swarmed me asking me to fill out a credit app and they could make it happen. Gave it a shot because I liked the car I test drove. After this process I would've had to put down 2k to get my monthly payment where I wanted it. Told them I would consider it and left. The sales rep "moe" and "aj" hounded me all weekend via text and phone calls to come back to the dealership and they get my payment to where I needed it to be with no money down. They told me to come in because the General manager would make me the deal I wanted. Ended up going back Monday evening waiting around for over an hour just for the finance people to give me numbers that were no where close to where I wanted to be and they were not budging on the numbers. A 10% discount would have made the deal. The GM never came around, I abruptly left as I was late for a meeting waiting on them. Moe & aj called soon after, to my surprise they seemed to be mad because I left. I told them I was mad because the numbers they gave via text were wrong and nothing had changed since I came in the first time. Aj sent me a rude text that an employee should not send to a customer. I alerted upper management(Byron jones & chris smith) about my frustration with my experience via email but did not receive a response from either party. No surprise there, seeing how their employees conduct business is probably a reflection of them. This was my second time visiting this dealership, and the associate I met the first time did not seem too eager to make any sales or answer questions. More
