"Excellent Service Experience"
Sunset Audi is ALWAYS exceptional! Everyone at the dealership bends over backwards to insures your comfort and happiness. My car had some major repairs needed due to a manufacturer issue and Sunset Audi made sure I had a comfortable, large vehicle for my use during the time my car was in the shop to accommodate me and my family, who were coming into town. This is my 3rd Audi purchased from Sunset and I've been treated like family from car #1. I would never go anywhere else!

I took my Audi S6 (both Beaverton and Sunset East call it an A6, that should have been the first sign of stupidity) first to Beaverton where they had to keep it for over a week, just to miss diagnose the problem. When I finally got my car back, $900 later, not only was the problem NOT fixed, but my car ran worse than when I took it to them. Beaverton service also tried to tell me that my car had been poorly serviced in the past, not knowing that I have only ever had my car serviced by Sunset East ( the same guy owns both Beaverton and Sunset East ). I next took my car to Sunset East to see if they could fix the problems and poor work that Beaverton had done. $1700 and another week later, my car was miss diagnosed again. They had me replace rotors and brakes when the main problem was that Beaverton had simply knocked my tires out of alignment, along with not fixing my coolant problem. I was also over charged by Sunset East, when it all should have been free service to make up for the pathetic service I received. I also had Sunset East look at a small problem I was having with my sunroof, surprise surprise, my sunroof works worse now...thanks Sunset. Also between to 2 service departments, they managed to put over 70 miles on my car and barely left me enough gas to get to a gas station. Long story short, I'm going to Audi in Wilsonville from now on.

second service for my vehicle, spot on both times. prompt, honest advice about needs and fantastic communication. chris helped me out this latest visit, as well as the gentleman that helped me with the courtesy car. they weres excellent front men and guided me through the experience 100 percent of the way. customer for life, great example of why I'm a Audi driver vs the alternatives.
