Chris Waters

For this review to be completely honest, I must say my first visit to this dealership was not one of my best experiences. However, after the manager of the service department Mr. Chris Waters found out what happened at my first visit when I went to have my truck looked at he did everything in his power to resolve the issue. I'll keep this as short as I can. Chris reached out to me and informed me he read my survey where I was not happy with how I was treated. He then asked for a second chance to have me bring my truck back and see if there was anyway to fix the issue I was noticing. Chris met me the next day and personally heard me out and rode in my truck to hear the noise I was noticing. He told me he would have his shop look into it and keep me updated. To keep it short, Chris did have my truck looked at. He did keep me posted every step of the way. He was completely honest and transparent which made me feel as if I could 100% trust him. More importantly he gained my business back. I will admit I had no intentions of doing business in Jacksonville after my first visit and was willing to drive 2 hours away to the next dodge dealership. But after how considerate the staff was in Jacksonville, I must admit I will be happy to go back there if there is any further issues with my truck and I will be buying my next vehicle there also.

I purchased a dodge challenger scat pack at national Dodge. My sales person was Hadi Ahmedi. He treated us as a family member and not just another number. Hadi went above and beyond his expectations. I would refer him to a friend for sure.
