Salesman O. Omission was very helpful , patient and answered all question fully. Mgr Chris Wilkins was very pleasant and patient also and helped get the price to buy where I wanted it to be. Offered better deal than another dealership. Paperwork done was relatively easy

Did all research online and within a 24hour time frame I was texted and called and pricing was given to me to make the best decision based off my household. He was prepared and ready for me when I came in on a Saturday for my appointment. We were in and out. He made sure he explained everything and was willing to work with our needs.

On October 20th , I purchased a Honday odyssey from this dealer. I went back and forward with the sale manager Ayman for pricing and color options, after 3-4 days, of negotiating with this dealer and 5 different dealers, I got the best deal with the color i wanted Pacific pewter and OTD price 36500 with included season mats. I was so happy until the financing process, Corey the finance manager completed the paperwork for me. He gave me 5 different options interior and exterior protection package RESSISTALL, dent removal package, and Honda care package and Prepaid mantainance package. All of these will add about 4000 to my total price. I was hesitant about signing the paper work because of these packages. PLUs my husband was not here with me so I asked Corey if I can cancel these packages “Can I wait to add these options later so I can have time to discuss it with my husband later?” This is exactly what he said” What are you waiting for? you can cancel them anytime and you can get refund if you want to cancel”
Then I even asked him the second time to make sure:” Are you sure? because I know resist all is some type of was/ spray they spray on the leather so It is impossible to remove.” He answered” YES”. So I believed him. I thought the price for Resistall is for the warranty of the spray later on so if I don’t use the warranty then I can cancel and get the refund. I was so stupid to believe him.
When I came back home discussed it with my husband, We decided it is too expensive to add all the options, I returned back to the dealer within 12hrs and met Corey again. I told him I want to cancel all options and lower the monthly payment to the initial quote he gave me before any options. He gave me the Cancelation form to sign and told me signing this won’t lower your monthly payment because the paperwork already sent to the bank, it can only lowered your total financing amount PLUS RESISTALL CANT BE CANCELLED!!!
I was literally speechless at that time. This is totally ridiculous, he didn’t mention anything about this when I sign the paper work and He lied that t I can cancel resist all anytime.
I refused to sign the cancelation form because I wanted a different solution, I want my initial monthly payment and I want to get refund back for EVERY PACKAGES that I signed because of believing in Corey’s lies. I contacted Chris, Corey’s boss right away, left message for the General Manager Eddy 4-5 different times. No body replied to me until 3 days later. Chris responded and said there is nothing he can do. He offered me the same resolution like Corey. HE also said he will give me a call back tomorrow to see if he can figure something out. He lied again. Since thenI haven’t heard anything from him.
I also filed a complaint against this dealer on American Honda Corporate Office and waiting for the case manager to contact me,
Sorry for the long story, I just want to warn everyone about this dealership, This is totally a scam, they will try to rob your wallet and when you already sign all the paperwork, they will throw you out like a brick, they won’t return any phone calls, unlike before you sign anything, they call you 6-10 different times in ONE day.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. ALL SCAMMERS. THEY ONLY TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

"Online chat cut me off 3 times - useless"
So im trying to schedule a service and keep getting chat prompted. The chat bots couldnt understand what I was asking and after 10 mins of trying to tell them what I wanted I got frustrated
so I asked for the GM name and they cut my chat off then ask me to rate my chat experience.
Now Im pissed.
Ive been cut off chat 3 times. xxx
Done with you - will take my car anywhere except Nalley Honda
oh and it says select upto 10 employees you worked with...I DIDNT. ILL RANDOMLY PICK A NAME AND CONTACT HONDA US ABOUT HOW BAD THIS IS
