If service after the sale is important to you, do not buy from this dealership! I drove from Maine to purchase a used vehicle. All I asked was for it to be detailed because it smelled like smoke and had scratches that needed to be buffed out. The salesman, Chris Young, said he would make sure that happened. The vehicle was not delivered to me for almost a month and it had not been detailed at all! Plus, there was a scrape on the bumper that was not there when I bought the car. I let Chris know and he said he would make it right. He didn't . He said he would overnight touch up paint to me, which I never got. I also asked to be reimbursed the $200 that I had to pay to get the car detailed, since I specifically asked for that to be done. He refused and has not reached out to me since. Following through could have given them a satisfied customer, but only the sale was important, not the service after.

After other stereotypical dealers treated me like a waste of their time, this company did not. They function like a big family and treat you like your in it. I have bought cars before and always felt lied to or like the people involved were slimy. That’s certainly not the case with this company. If you need a car, come here and you’ll see there’s no need for the usual adversarial feel that you would have experienced in other places. I hate buying cars but this was a paradoxically great experience. AND I SAVED A BUNCH OF MONEY.

Horrible customer service. Went in a bought a lime green Kona, our associate was John. Very nice but not the best at making you feel homie and feeling valued. Did not bother to learn our name. We left the first day after not making a deal. Said the deal was impossible. 3 days later the manager?? Maybe Chris young called us and tried to renegotiate again with us, coming down even closer where we wanna be. Clearly playing games. Took us 2 days of texting and calling and a bunch of usual dealership games to come to an Agreement. Which was 500$ away from where we wanted to be day one. Here’s the icing on top of the cake. We need a check from them to pay off the previous vehicle. Said it would be ready in 3 days. We are now on day 7 business day. So in summary, lots of generic dealership games, and empty promises. AVOID!

Don’t buy a car from this dealership. They don’t answer the phone or call you back. We had money in hand to buy a car, and it took them two weeks to try to get it registered. They ran out of plates and couldn’t seem to get a runner to the RMV to register the car. I had to get my money back because they couldn’t deliver the car. Their warranty is a scam. You have to do any repair they suggest to get the free oil changes and inspection sticker. I only wish I read the online reviews before going there. Overall a horrible experience!

Do not buy from this dealer.. Lifetime oil changes is a joke... You have to add maintenance service which is over 1000 a year to get a free oil change..Also they will try to upsell you a warranty that you d on't need..

I wanted to compliment the team in a recent buying experience. I worked with Chris in sales and Rod in finance. They were each helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The first Hyundai guarantee (oil change, engine, etc) was a key differentiator. In addition, Wendy and Brett in service did a great job at fixing the “we owe you” list. I do not typically send recommendations like this, but I believe your team did an excellent job from start to finish.
