I was born and raised in NJ. I Moved to Florida in August of 2001. I started working for Crown in June of 2002, and I love working for the company. My career started as a receptionist at Crown Collision Center before moving to the Detail Department. After that, I wanted to learn more about the Service part of Crown. I trained at Mitsubishi, then I moved to Nissan which is where I have been since June of '05.

I used to worry bringing my car to the dealer to get work done. Since I've been going to Crown Nissan and dealing with John Waterhouse, I don't worry a bit about getting to work done proper getting a good pr done.
