Amazing and fast service. I was in for oil change the previous day and needed a repair done and got appointment literally the next day Friday early in am.. Madeline got me in I was in for oil change the previous day and needed a repair done and got appointment literally the next day Friday early in am.. Madeline got me in super early. When I arrived I was again greeted by Tyler and Dan and Madeline. All ready to get my Jeep checked in and serviced. Tyler verified my appointment and got me in the system. While my Jeep was get repaired he also gave me some prices on future tires and things I asked about.and new side rails bumpers etc.. and Dan also assisted in suggestions on upgrades to my Jeep and future repairs to make it last longer. Madeline always smiling and making sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything in waiting room. She also checked up on my jeep few times to see how long it would be..and jet me updated. While I’m waiting room Emily also approached me and asked how I was doing and if I needed anything or assistance.. it didn’t take long before my Jeep was ready. Tyler came in and smiled and said “MR pruner your Jeep is ready And explained all that was done. On the way to pay rod and rj passed by me and both greeted me and also asked if I needed assistance. Repairs were done perfect and I’m very impressed with the speed and accuracy and amazing work that your staff and technicians do Tyler Dan RJ Madeline Emily and Rad and Brent and entire staff are amazing. They all are ready to. Assist me when I’m there and it’s very rare to see this amazing service anywhere. Most places you go you are just a number and treated as such. But at southbank the entire staff is more like a family team and it feels great. I drive all the way from brockville just to come to southbank because of the great quality of service. What an absolutly fantastic place to purchase a car and have the service done at. I was blown away with how helpful Brandon Dallaire, Troy Charlebois, and Simon Mertick were when I just recently traded in have the service done at. I was blown away with how helpful Brandon Dallaire, Troy Charlebois, and Simon Mertick were when I just recently traded in my cars and bought a Dodge Challenger Hellcat. They guided me along the way with my end of the responsibility's when buying a car and made sure that all of the requests I asked for on the car I purchased were fulfilled Before delivery. The predelivery inspection process was super thurough, Being performed by the mechanic Samual Barclay, who checked that everything was in tiptop shape, keeping me up to date and listening to my concerns. Christopher in finance was very helpful with getting me the exact warrenty that would suit me and my car perfectly and also getting a pretty darn good finance rate for me. Southbank Dodge , Jeep and Chrysler have a lot to be proud of, they have been taking care of me and my cars for years now, With Tyler Parker in service always listening to my requests and getting the job done on my Chrysler 300C, Chrysler Aspen and now my Dodge Challengers.
