Chris James was awesome! No pressure while still offering options he thought we might like, answering questions, and giving us a heads up about issues. Helped us pick a good car that fit us and respected when we weren't interested in something. However, I have to take a star off for their Finance Manager who was the complete opposite. High pressure and kept circling back to sell us stuff we'd already declined. Thankfully he was only handling the paperwork and did his job when we declined. If he was the salesperson we would have left for elsewhere. More

oil change and new. tires service was fine and completed on time. However it did take 3 calls to get a tire estimate. Inspection found cabin air filter and less than adequate service was fine and completed on time. However it did take 3 calls to get a tire estimate. Inspection found cabin air filter and less than adequate windshield wipers which i replaced. Tire salesman was helpful. More
