Long story short they knowingly put my life in danger and had no remorse for doing so. After the sale was completed they could care less about my car or my concerns. I was shocked and appalled by the way I was treated. Lou Fusz has lost a customer for good along with my friends and family who will never do business with Lou Fusz due to their after sale behavior. It was unprofessional and unacceptable. More
