Needed new A/C Compressor & Shifter on Nissan Versa I purchased a certified pre-owned 2015 Versa from this dealership in 2016. The a/c compressor went out and shifter wouldn't shift out of park. Car onl I purchased a certified pre-owned 2015 Versa from this dealership in 2016. The a/c compressor went out and shifter wouldn't shift out of park. Car only had 33,000 miles on it but was 91 days outside of warranty. The a/c compressor and shift unit needed to be replaced at a cost of $4,000! Needless to say, on a car with so few miles, I was NOT happy! Chuck in the service department was amazing. He worked with the manager and Nissan and got bother replaced for $189!! Chuck went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make the experience a great one and I am so appreciative! More
