Which was advertised for $71,515 Unfortunately due to Clarence McCloyd the sales manager you all have lost my business for good. I presented an offer from your manufacturer $4,000 Bonus Cash - Program ID 40CPV8 This is an offer in which the dealership loses no money and is indemnified back to the full MSRP to be combined with the other rebates available. Clarence McCloyd decided to take the price that was listed on your site $71515 MSRP. He then informed me that he was marking up the price $4000 which would net in a price of $75515. I asked him to reconsider and he told me that he was “ALL IN” He would also deny me the an additional incentive/rebates for which a qualified for which expired on 09/05 advertised through the Jeep Brand. As a result of Clarence Mcloyd’s decision to raise the price from what is advertised on your website. I was falsely advertised to. This is the definition of bait and switch. More

We were car shopping and visited 5 dealerships the same day. They were the worst. They insisted on checking my credit before they can say the price of the vehicle! Staff at first impression is very nice bu day. They were the worst. They insisted on checking my credit before they can say the price of the vehicle! Staff at first impression is very nice but have no knowledge of the products they sell which is very unprofessional. It took an hour.(mind they weren’t busy at all at that time) before we could go and see a vehicle we were interested in. What a waste of time. Salesman called me 2 days after we were there to follow up. I told him we already bought the car somewhere else. After asking what we bought he tried to guilt trip me. When I start telling him my feedback of the experience there, we’ve got disconnected. I called back, ask for him to find out if we got disconnected or did he hang up on me. He said he dropped the call!- That I was rude and disrespectful and I was cussing at him (I used word BS- which was used at our visit there too). He started telling me he doesn’t care where I bought the car. When I asked for the store manager he said I don’t need to talk to a manager- I’m talking to him now. I called the dealership again and asked for the store manager. The store manager was trained in being polite but he really didn’t care at all. He offered me a free oil change- we bought a brand new car with first 5 free oil changes). Bad, bad, bad place to bring your business to. I had better experiences buying from a cheap pay here buy here car lots than from this place selling expensive vehicles. Go somewhere else. It’s worth driving few extra miles and be treated right than come to South Oak and deal with ignorance and arrogance. More

This dealership is well worth the 45 minute drive for us. We have peace of mind knowing we worked with some very honest & trustworthy people. Highly recommend! More

I recently Purchased a Jeep Gladiator from South Oak Dodge. I went to them after getting the run around from one of their competitors. John and the Team surpassed all my expectations on how the car buying process should work. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I was confident with my purchase. The entire process was smooth and it was surprisingly enjoyable. I have never bought a car from another dealership that went this smooth. I usually leave stressed out wondering if I really received a great deal or if I was taken advantage of. I didn't feel like this when I left South Oak. This dealership has made me a fan for life and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else when I am need of a new vehicle. Thanks again for the great experience. More
