Service department personnel were polite. I have now visited the department twice in the recent past. It seemed like folks were quite busy. I have been trying to get my tire fixed twice so far. The first time I was called the last minute saying the technician all called out and have to reschedule and the second time I was told everything ok The first time I was called the last minute saying the technician all called out and have to reschedule and the second time I was told everything ok till we got there telling us we had to reschedule. There is definitely a communication issues between service and the rest of team. I had very good experience purchasing the car but very bad experience with service department and we questioned about the timing and communication issues with service guy Adam who got really offended instead of trying to fix the problem just told us to reschedule. This is very unprofessional ! We purchased the sales contract via you but it seems like service team had no clue what they were doing. More

Had an issue with the LED lights on the front of our Rogue. The dealer initially told us a few months ago that it would cost several hundred dollars. Adam in the service department double checked the st Rogue. The dealer initially told us a few months ago that it would cost several hundred dollars. Adam in the service department double checked the status during our regular service visit recently. Nissan had decided to cover the replacement for free. Outstanding support and the service department took care of the replacement in a timely manner. More

This place is a joke. Took over a month to get my vehicle back. Poor employees. Kira tried telling my vehicle wasn't even there on day 3 and can never give you more than " Took over a month to get my vehicle back. Poor employees. Kira tried telling my vehicle wasn't even there on day 3 and can never give you more than "someone will call you back" which they never do. Adam couldn't be reached and is the service manager for 2 weeks and his excuse was simply to busy. If I'm paying you to work on my vehicle I expect a call back within a day being reasonable. But no response in two weeks is ridiculous. They go out of there way to screw you out of warranty and ignore phone calls. Literally find anywhere to go besides this place if you want to save yourself a headache. And icing on the cake got my pickup back with new lights on my dash that were never there before and a nice scuffed tire. More
