Customer service is horrible. They treated us like we were stupid. It took 1 1/2 for a 10 minute job. He told us to be there at 8. We left at 9:45. I finally went up to the desk and my keys were just sitting there. I told them I was waiting and they didn’t inform me it was done.the lady at the checkout desk doesn’t look like she wants to be there. We get “what do you need” as a greeting. I wouldn’t use this Ford dealer if there was another one close. More

Took my truck to Snohomish Ford for a recall repair and they refused to do the work. I took it to Bellingham Ford and in one day they completed the work with no questions asked. They were amazing.
