I found a used Volvo V70 XC SE online through cargurus and placed an inquiry. Within a couple hours Clint replied asking if he could help with any questions. I asked him to document the timing belt replacement and within a few minutes there it was in my inbox. Then I asked to see the 125 point safety inspection. Again, within minutes there it was in my inbox. I found out later that this was Clint's day off and he was using his phone to retrieve the items I was requesting. (That's dedication to customer service!) At this point I'm convinced that this is a dealership committed to quality so I traveled from N. Idaho to Beaverton to meet with Clint. The car was very nice, low miles and a great price so I made the deal. Again, very efficient and pleasant people to deal with. I then drove the car across town to visit my son and noticed steam or smoke coming from the engine compartment so I phoned Clint. He told me to bring the car back so they could fix it. I brought the car back and the mechanics found a small leak in the radiator. They needed to keep it overnight while a new radiator was delivered, so they fixed me up with a loaner to drive while they were changing out the radiator. The next day the car was ready to go so I picked it up (they not only fixed the problem, but they detailed the car again)! The car performed beautifully on the drive home and got two MPG better than advertised. I'm so happy with this team of high quality professionals that I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car buying experience, they set the bar high!

At 18k miles was told I had to replace brake pads and rotors for $1,400 and will be required at every brake pad change. Never had this on any car previously and was shocked when I was told this is now a design feature of all Audi's. Given my lease is expiring I shall be taking my business elsewhere as they were unprepared to work with me on this. If you are looking for a new car with reasonably priced service costs don't look to Audi! Buyer beware.

He has always been courteous and very patient in answering all my questions, and I often ask a lot of them. Though clearly busy, he always found time to make us feel like valued customers. When the work on the car was done, he personally called us and later reviewed all service actions to be sure they were completed correctly and to our satisfaction. We could not ask for more!
