I started my automotive career as a Product & Technology Consultant at Kia Country after graduating from Northern Michigan University in 2013. After, four years, I pursued an opportunity to work in Finance at another local dealership. I'm happy to "come home". Kia Country is customer service driven. Recently purchased my 3rd Kia (2024 Seltos) from Kia Country. Always return to Elijah because he is so considerate of me and my family. Goes way beyond what is expected to help in decision process and e Country. Always return to Elijah because he is so considerate of me and my family. Goes way beyond what is expected to help in decision process and ease the details of purchase. He went out of his way to help family member who sold a used vehicle at the same time. Would go back to him again easily. Always refer people to him. Spent little time w/Corey but appreciated the manner in which he explained details and answered questions. Another reason that I return is the Service Dept. Mitch Jones and Chelsea Rowland have always been gracious, considerate and honest w/me. Other staff members are always helpful and courteous. Hi, I arrived to US On 14th January, first time station in US. Moved from Germany Ramstein, the biggest US base overseas. I am government employed, and didn't get a sponsor. Went to the Nissan to buy a car, the costumer service was good, until I called them that I will come to the store with missing documents. Guess what, the car I supposed to drive out in this afternoon, was broken... No call, to letting me know. I was frustrated. I THE SAME TIME MY HUSBAND send me a link to Kia😁, follow day I drove out with my beautiful 2024 red Forte Kia from the store. Mr. Elijaa Tucker did outstanding job👍😁😁😁very polite, professional and helpful. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Charleston County Kia, to everyone who need a car. Sincerely, Helena Braun More
