I did not originally purchase my car from Rick Case. However I've had my car serviced at Rick Case Weston going on since over 7 years now. I've never taken it to another dealership because the customer However I've had my car serviced at Rick Case Weston going on since over 7 years now. I've never taken it to another dealership because the customer service has been above professional from every point of contact. They even call you and ask how was the service and if there is any feedback. I made the mistake of not originally purchasing my current vehicle here, but I am definitely going to buy my next car with them. More

As far as the service performed on the car I find it adequate. I really don't think it should take close to 2 hours to replace a fuse where the location is know as well the recall information associate adequate. I really don't think it should take close to 2 hours to replace a fuse where the location is know as well the recall information associated with the same. When you first arrive in the service area it is anybody's guess what to do. Some people were sitting in the cars, other standing outside of them. Having been thru this before I walked into the service area, spoke with the service adviser who wrote up the service order and I proceeded to the waiting area. Others seemed to be still standing by their cars. As far as services provided to Hyundai's flag ship line, Genesis, on a scale of one to ten in comparison to MB, Audi or BMW. Hyundai would rate a weak 1. The Genesis is on par or better then the big 3 it's just a shame when it comes to treating high end customers like the other big 3, which I am not one, is poor. You can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig customer service won't say well for your products. and please don't pull the Covid card, there were enough Rick Case blue shirts walking around to start a small company. Then just to add salt to the wound I had to wait 10 minutes just to sign my name at check out because the poor thing working the desk had to use the bathroom. The only reason I gave the dealership 3 stars is I really believe this is just the norm for Hydundai More

I have a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe I just want to be fixed under recall rights and 100,000 warranty and they won’t fix it! This is their fault! Vehicle was at their collision center in June 2021 and no one sa under recall rights and 100,000 warranty and they won’t fix it! This is their fault! Vehicle was at their collision center in June 2021 and no one said anything about a recall! Stay away! Hurting mothers who work and have paid off their vehicles! No help whatsoever! Shame on you Rita Case!!! More
