From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in good hands. Courtney and the team were courteous and attentive, taking the time to understand my concerns and needs. They provided clear explanations of the services that were needed, which in my case were none. What really stood out to me was the level of care and attention to detail that Courtney and her team provided. They went above and beyond. Overall, I can confidently say that Audi Meadowlands has provided the best service and experience I've ever had through the years and through two cars of mine. Unfortunately, one of the main issues with the car that was a water leakage wasn't fixed and it leaked again the next day after I picked up the car. Also, the car stayed with the shop for almost two weeks was a water leakage wasn't fixed and it leaked again the next day after I picked up the car. Also, the car stayed with the shop for almost two weeks (Fri 27th - Wed 8th). Quite disappointed with how long it took and mostly that after all one of the issues wasn't fixed. More
