Our family was on the market for a new Honda Odyssey. There Craig Newport was our salesman. I'm quite busy, and absolutely hate to bicker about vehicle prices and fees. I'm quite aware from a variety of internet sites, and colleagues, what prices Odysseys are selling for. Craig led off with a price that was about $1500 LESS than I'd hoped to pay. I did not seek a second price at another dealer. I'm exceedingly happy with the price paid, and there were not excessive fees or costly extras tacked on at the end. For reasons related to my schedule (out-of-town) visitors, I had to pick up the vehicle on a different day. Craig came in on his day off to be sure everything went well. More

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this location, so I obviously enjoyed my experience enough the first time to return when I decided to buy another Honda. I knew exactly what I wanted for location, so I obviously enjoyed my experience enough the first time to return when I decided to buy another Honda. I knew exactly what I wanted for the most part and Craig was able to find it for me. I was torn between the 4 and 6 cylinder Accord and thankfully Craig encouraged me to give the V6 a try, which, after having driven it, I had no doubt that this was the car I wanted. Staff was friendly and talkative and made me feel at ease without being too pushy. The price was also lower than I expected to pay, which was an extra added bonus. I came with a specific car in mind and left with exactly what I wanted within the price range I was looking for, so I couldn't be more pleased. More

The entire atmosphere of St. Louis Honda was enjoyable. We had not intended to purchase the first vehicle we looked at. Our son told us we needed to look at an Odyssey because that is what he drives so we decided to check it out before looking at a Chrysler town and country van because of a TV commercial.We really intended to look at many other dealers, but from the moment we walked in we felt at ease. I do not believe anyone could have done a better job than he did. The business manager, Mr. Tom Barr, was also so kind and pleasant to work with. The entire experience was one that we have totally appreciated. I am involved with many people in the organization that I work with and I can honestly say that I will be singing praises for Mengenast St. Louis Honda delearship and Mr. Craig Newport. I first met Craig Last October when I bought a CPO Honda Civic. The experience was probably the best car buying experience I ever had. I came back to ST. Louis Honda because the last car I bought was a ne Civic. The experience was probably the best car buying experience I ever had. I came back to ST. Louis Honda because the last car I bought was a new Accord back in 2000, I have always been sold on Honda's and had no reason not to go back St. Louis Honda. 6 months later I decided I needed a bigger car and wanted to go back to a full size so called Craig and told him to find me a nice Accord with specific criteria and boy did he deliver. This was in May of 2011. Now I just bought my 3rd car from Craig (a 2012 Pilot for my wife) a week ago. Craig is without a doubt, the ONLY salesman I will ever deal with again. I hope he doesnt leave St. Louis Honda, but if he does, I will follow him anywhere. he is the most courteous, friendly, and honest salesman I ever dealt with. I used to dread the idea of buying a car and dealing with dealers and salesmen; My expereince with Craig and St. Louis Honda was truly a pleasure and hope to continue to do business with them for years to come. I stopped into St. Louis Honda because they had the used minivan we were looking for. They noticed I was in a hurry and moved as quick as they could with a great collective 'can-do' attitude. I was able t minivan we were looking for. They noticed I was in a hurry and moved as quick as they could with a great collective 'can-do' attitude. I was able to turn in my almost new lease and get a used minivan for a good price. Craig was fantastic in moving things forward, Jeff in the business office worked magic getting the car loan set up and Dave as the manager kept eveyone loose and enjoying themselves. It was a fantastic team effort in a few short hours I was out the door with the car we needed at a fair price and a great feeling about the team and service at St. Louis Honda. More
