Very professional, facility is super clean. I bought a used Subaru and the mechanic told me to take it in for the airbag recall. Not only did the recall get taken care of at my home, the tech a I bought a used Subaru and the mechanic told me to take it in for the airbag recall. Not only did the recall get taken care of at my home, the tech also did an overall inspection of the car. Very helpful to know that everything is fine, oil, filters, etc, except for the tires. Subaru even hooked me up with a free carfax report on the used care I bought. I later went in to buy floor mats and I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Everything is so clean, including the repair shop. Thank you so much for the special care. More

Considerate and knowledgeable Curtis went out of his way to educate us on the various options available in a used Outback, and contacted us when something new became available that Curtis went out of his way to educate us on the various options available in a used Outback, and contacted us when something new became available that might meet our needs. We appreciated his keeping us -- and our priorities -- in mind. He also arranged to have someone else help us when he would be unavailable, and Mark and Mont were great to work with as we finalized our purchase. Curtis, Carlos, Mark, and Mont each spent a good deal of time with us, and we were never rushed, although it sometimes felt unnecessary to wait for the designated person to help us while others were standing around with nothing to do. It also would have been helpful to receive more detailed information on the available warranties earlier in the process, but we were pleased with Mont's guidance about our options, and the financing process was actually pretty slick and painless. Their concierge service was an unexpected plus! We will definitely return to this dealership. More

Easy car buying We were initially uneasy that the appt we thought we had scheduled online had not actually been made. However, Curtis Holt immediately took charge and We were initially uneasy that the appt we thought we had scheduled online had not actually been made. However, Curtis Holt immediately took charge and completed the selection, test drive, etc. experience. We came into the dealership knowing exactly what car we wanted, and luckily it had just arrived, got cleaned up and prepared;, and we drove off happy customers. Our concierge, Malachi, was excellent as well. Answered all our questions. We're only giving Price a "good" rating because of course, doesn't everyone want to pay $5000 less than the sticker price? More
