I came to Elk Grove Subaru and wanted to look at the 2014 Subaru Forester. I had already done my research so I knew a lot of the features it had, but Curtis was very thorough and made sure I knew exactly wh Subaru Forester. There were some things I wanted, and Curtis made sure the car I was buying had it all. He was very detailed, honest, and respectful which made the negotiation process so much more pleasant. More

We did quite a bit of research before going to Elk Grove Subaru for the purpose of test driving different models to see which one we liked best. We spent a lot of time driving three different cars - the Ou Subaru for the purpose of test driving different models to see which one we liked best. We spent a lot of time driving three different cars - the Outback, Forester, and Crosstrek - during which time Curtis Jare was incredibly helpful and patient, explaining the features and differences. We must have gone on 5 or 6 test drives. We weren't necessarily planning on buying, but we were aware that there were some very good promotions going on because of the holiday, and were open to the right car at the right price. We found what we wanted, and Mike Carlson did a very good job working with us and getting us the car we wanted at the price we could live with. Mike Lagandaon handled the documents and signing and was very thorough making sure we got the deal we had agreed to. Although buying a new car is always a somewhat stressful activity because of the negotiation, cost and commitment involved, the staff here all made it a pretty smooth and easy experience. I will definitely return when it comes time to buy my next car. More

The overall experience was great. I went to test drive a few Subaru models and narrowed down which one I wanted. I ended up getting a killer deal that I couldn't resist and bought the car the same day. Kurt few Subaru models and narrowed down which one I wanted. I went to the dealership to look at the Outback first and Curtis helped me and answered every question I had about the car. The car was going to be for my husband. Yesterday I finally talked my husband in Curtis helped me and answered every question I had about the car. The car was going to be for my husband. Yesterday I finally talked my husband in to going to look at the cars. We asked for Curtis and he was very informative, enthusiastic, and answered everything my husband had a question about. From the beginning to the very end of the sale Curtis was there to help us without pressuring us about anything. We would definetly recommend the dealership to other people. More

Curtis was very helpful in the purchase of this car. I had located it on the Subaru website but was not sure I liked the color. He even offered to take a picture of it with his cell phone and send it to had located it on the Subaru website but was not sure I liked the color. Never in my life have I been treated with such care and competence. The sales department was firm but fair, the finance department was informed and helpful, The service department was beyond anything tha competence.
