Amazing Best Car Buying/Leasing Experience - We Leased 2 Cars Immediately! The incredible team at Luther Brookdale VW were so impressive we leased 2 cars and not just one. We did this because of the foll Cars Immediately! The incredible team at Luther Brookdale VW were so impressive we leased 2 cars and not just one. We did this because of the following: 1. Trust in Dealership: Trust they built in giving us such a great experience in buying our VW Atlas where they gave us the car my wife really wanted, at an incredible price, with terrific buying experience led by Connor Detloff and D'Aundre DeMars 2. Incredible Price and Service: So we asked what could they do if I got a second car. I gave a budget amount and got an incredible deal on our first electric vehicle, the ID4. This was a great time because of the rebates that both the Federal Government and VW were giving on the 2023 model of the ID4 but also the discount that this dealership provided to meet our budget. Again it was not only the price thanks to Connor but also the optioned model with the color I wanted that was so compelling and the incredible service given by D'Aundre to patiently explain all the features of the car which are many and all the questions that I asked that also were many! And electric cars are very fast so it is like driving a sports car and with the Electrify America 3 year plan you could be charging the car for a fraction of a gas car. This is the future of driving. 3. Quality of Advice on Purchase: The advice Connor provided that in his 5 year experience he had not seen such aggressive discounts, that it is based on inventory they had on hand, and that the timing of the market meant we decided to lease the car in the same week we also leased the Atlas. It now gives us immediate ability to meet all our family's mobility needs, in 2 great cars (one gas and one electric) that we love and optimize on leasing to ensure we manage to the prescribed amount 4. Quality of Finance and Protection Advice: Nathan Magnoski also had recommended that we take the protection on the lease during the vehicle's life to provide peace of mind. Given my previous experience with tire blow-outs and dings I did take this option but again because of the incredible discount they provided. This proved incredibly important when I literally took the car home and that night the tire blew out due to a piece of metal that pierced the tire near our home. 5. Service Centre Excellence: So while distraught that my brand new car had to be towed to get the tire replaced on the weekend, first thing on Monday morning Tyler Gattling called to say he received the car and could get the tire in by 2pm and the car was ready to go that afternoon with a full video capturing the work done. This completed earlier than I wanted how holistically excellent Luther Brookdale VW is. 6. After Sales Service and Future Buying Experience: The dealership sees each person walking in not as a transaction but as a relationship they are building with you, your family and your friends. We know that well before it comes time to end the lease, we will want to have test driven the new VW vehicles including their bigger electric SUVs, that they will get us out of this lease at an optimum time to then get into the new lease (eg before the 40000 mile service for our 3 year lease) and to get the car that fits our needs at that time that we will love to drive at the most competitive price going in the market! This comes down to the stewardship of the leaders in the dealership led by Todd Earnest. Thank you to the wonderful team in Luther Brookdale VW for the most enjoyable car buying/leasing experience we have ever had. It was so impressive we walked out of the dealership in the same week with 2 cars and with a relationship where will look to come back again when our lease expires. We recommend this dealership to all of our family and friends unconditionally. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I have bought/lease over 10-15 cars in my lifetime and this was the best experience by far. If you are looking to buy a Volkswagen this is the dea I have bought/lease over 10-15 cars in my lifetime and this was the best experience by far. If you are looking to buy a Volkswagen this is the dealership for you. Everyone involved from front of staff, to Connor Detloff as the Sales Manager, to D'Aundre Demars from Sales to Nathan Magnoski from Finance were terrific. The reason this is the best buying car experience ever has the following key elements: 1. Buying the right car for the right reasons: They listen to what your needs are including those of my wife. This is the first time ever in a car dealership that my wife has felt so prioritized and her needs listened too. This meant we got the right car that met her needs as the primary driver of our people mover, and my needs for the best deal ever. So often people focus on price but don't get the right car, model, trim, color etc. But D'Aundre and Connor were outstanding in listening to my wife first before even considering what the deal could was. Great work and the benchmark of best practice of listening to the most important decision-maker in the family - the wife! 2. Building a relationship not just a transaction: What was so impressive about this dealership is there focus is on building a relationship with you not only for this transaction but also for future transactions. I was so impressed by this experience that we accelerated buying the second car immediately with them because of this approach. Because of this focus on trust, they did not adopt any of the usual predatory techniques like inflating initial prices, making you buy or upsize you to items you were not interested in, giving you what stock is what they want to get rid off, having the finance person add more items you want etc. We have all experienced this but none of this is present at all in this dealership. Instead they gave advice and provided protections that are value such as lease end protection, gave advice that you should look to renegotiate your next car and not incur additional costs for servicing etc. This care for the customer, this focus not only on current transaction but also future transactions is underlined by building a relationship of trust such that I would unconditionally recommend all my family and friends buy their Volkswagen from this dealership. 3. Fantastic price including trade in and after sales service: This is what everyone focuses on price. And this dealership gave the best price by far. We went to all the VW dealerships in MN and were also prepared to go online too. We knew the price we wanted. We knew the trade in value we wanted. We also were open for a great price to a second car. Again this dealership outperformed everyone on price by far! And the best part there was no haggling or going around a thousand times to negotiate. They simply offered their best price upfront and that sealed the deal for us. So much so I also leased an ID4 a couple of days later! So if you are in the market for a VW, there is only one place to go for yes the best price, but more importantly to get the right car for yourself and your family, with people who are focused on building an ongoing relationship of trust with you. Terrific work all and the wonderful team at Luther Volkswagen. More

Service and management wer great but whatbis that little extra you can do to make the customer feel like that got a little something extra. This was my second purchase here. The first time I asked for a c extra you can do to make the customer feel like that got a little something extra. This was my second purchase here. The first time I asked for a couple little VW gifts for the kids and was told I would get them soon on the mail. Never did and communication stopped. Second purchase I mentioned this and no follow up. Asked for just a key chain to feel like I got something extra and was given what looked like an autoshow hand out. Not a good look. More

I was grateful for their willingness to work with me from afar on a car I’ve been searching for and has been tough to find. Though communication was appreciated with follow up from supper visits when I was w afar on a car I’ve been searching for and has been tough to find. Though communication was appreciated with follow up from supper visits when I was waiting for responses, overall the expense was chaotic, unclear, misstep after misstep, and acknowledgement of their missteps and apologies, but left me with a bad taste and overall frustrated by how much was missed but for my ridiculous amount of having to be so thorough. Car buying is always difficult, and then I had the distance and all the components I have no control over, but even their normal processes having nothing to do with my distance left me confused and frustrated. Multiple calls and mailings and corrections to get the car delivered smoothly. I did very much appreciate Scott’s outreach and follow up to make things right. And the car has so far been great, though still some mysterious sounds I’ll be taking to VW with my CPO. More
