Scott responded

The sales team quoted $26500-27000, above $25900 MSRP for Elantra Hybrid that was in transit. I agreed to pay cash, and paid $1000 deposit. When the car arrived the price went to $28600. Sales told me they "don't have even have that much markup". I reached out to the general manager. He told me he would solve this and get back in 1 hour. Never heard from him, even after I called back the next day. The last text I received was "did you not want the car" I called to get my deposit back which they did. They regret now, but not a concern at the time.
