Ann Italia is an outstanding Sales Women. She is straight forward and clear with her explanations when describing Subaru cars and the difference between all of models. Very detailed in her explanations when talking about the different options/packages that come with each model. Very patience and an awesome listener. She heard all my questions, comments and if any concerns. She let me speak and when finished, she answered each and every question, responded to my comments if warranted, and eased my mine on any concerns I may of had in the beginning of our meeting. Ann was fantastic to work with--very patient with all my worries and questions. She is very knowledgeable about the cars and the features on each. The rest of the team at Subaru were wonderful too. I've been going to Exeter Subaru for over 20 years and my mother shopped them prior to that. Darren is so kind and always makes sure to check in when I'm there. Highly recommend! The only thing I would suggest is to bring back the runner program! Please! More

Great experience from start to finish. I first encountered Ann when I called to inquire about test driving an Impreza. She made sure she was available at a time that was convenient for me and when I arrived for the appointment made sure that I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. She gave me a great introduction to the car before sending me out for a test drive then spent more time to educate me on the many great features of the car and how they compared to other cars I was considering. She welcomed me back for a 2nd visit several days later and made sure I knew that I could call her at any time with any questions. When I came in to finalize the purchase she spent a long time helping me to understand all the controls, personalize my setting, pair my phone, etc. which was all so helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when she also scheduled a date for my first service appointment and took me to the dept. to introduce the staff there and make sure I would feel comfortable and know what to expect when I come back for that appointment. Ann has reached out to me several times since then to be sure everything was going well and to offer again to meet with me if I needed a refresher on any of the controls. I feel so lucky to have met Ann and will recommend her and the dealership to others. Her friendliness, extensive knowledge and attention to my needs was welcomed and very much appreciated. Subaru is lucky to have this outstanding representative. More
