I called and I spoke with Jim and he told me what my number would be and when I arrived it was still the same unlike dealerships that told me numbers over phone to bait me into the dealership and the numbers drastically changed when I got there....I am now interested in trading in my 2014 tundra platinum for a 2018

Exceptional! They went above and beyond my expecatations. Dave Godutti, was excellent. I bought a vehicle thru him 6 years ago, I stored his phone number and kept it for future. He treated me so well then, I figured I call him again. He immediately picked up on a weekend, I introduced my self, and he remembered me. And again he delivered, kudos to Dave, this is the way sales was meant to be. The first purchase was a $60k purchase, my 2nd purchase was also a $60k deal. That speaks volumes, he is a well seasoned sales representative. I’m sure the owner of the dealership appreciates him a lot. Overall experience was great, no pressure tactics. Also, I would like to highlight Mark Clemens, he was also great. I highly recommend this dealership, if you are in the market for a vehicle. Great job!

In dealing with the stress of purchasing a used car, Luis Plaza literally opened the door for us since we arrived right at closing. Although it was cold and he stayed after his time to go, we felt no pressure to hurry up. He was straightforward and allowed me to take my time in looking at the vehicle. Fair and reasonable negotiations for the final price.
Marc Clemons was easy to work with. He was very helpful and went out of his way to make the purchase work in my best interest. Tony Mumtaz made the final purchase easy and painless.
Luis Martinez was very helpful and worked very diligently to make the stress of purchasing this vehicle relatively smooth and quick.
In calling the dealership numerous times, I had multiple interactions with Dakota Pare. She was pleasant and helpful. She was very easy to speak with.

We came in and my father leased three cars. It was a great experience and it went by quick. We had come in right in the morning and he came right to us and got the deal done. We came back the next day and left with our three cars. He was very genuine and nice and very easy to work with.

My wife and I have purchased two Sienna's over the years from Hartford Toyota and we were looking to replace our Ford Escape with a RAV4. From start to finish, we felt welcomed and at ease, from Sales to Financing and even Service with our existing vehicles. My wife and I have leased several Rav4's and we were interested in upgrading to the new standard safety features available in many Toyota models.
My lease of a 2015 Rav4 Limited was to have matured in four months. I received a call from Dakota Pare of Hartford Toyota offering to respond to any questions I may have regarding the conclusion of the lease. I decided to meet with her and the product specialist to review my options.
Dakota arranged an appointment with Dave Goduti, from whom I had leased the vehicle previously. Dave and I sat down and discussed my options. He was not "pushy" and he actively sought to answer my questions. We negotiated another lease and the vehicle was satisfactorily delivered today. While it is not normally my practice to purchase a vehicle in one day, my previous experience at the dealership coupled with the negotiations resulted in a comfort level that prompted me to effect the deal.
I can't speak for others, but I can say I am satisfied with todays' transaction.

I worked with Dave G, he has a friendly manner, tries to get to know the customer and does not use a high pressure sales pitch. He made himself available to answer any questions and responded right away, even after hours. Eduardo worked with me on financing and he also answered my questions (I had a lot) and he seemed sincere and very knowledgeable. My only suggestion would be to slow the process down a bit, when it comes to negotiating final selling price, this got a bit rushed for me, otherwise great experience, better than I have had with other CT Toyota dealers. Love my new car!

We had Guy as our sales man. He was outstanding, and extremely nice! Helped my father, sister and i lease three new Corollas. Very pleased with my new car and the service. He helped us get the best deals out and made sure we were all happy and had smiles on our faces!
