Who knew buying a car could be so enjoyable! I went to Bournival Jeep looking to trade it in for a Grand Cherokee. Immediately the entire team at the dealership were so helpful. Dale Claus was more than fair on valuing the trade in, and he quickly pulled a vehicle for me to look at that had just came in the night before. As soon as I got behind the wheel to take it for a spin, I was in love. Not only was it a dream to drive, it also was equipped with all the amenities of the much more expensive Chevy. I was pleasantly surprised when I looked at the window sticker. I am a previous owner of a GMC Yukon, Toyota 4Runner Limited, and Chevy Tahoe LTZ. The Jeep Grand Cherokee is by far the best quality and value of any vehicle I have owned. Jessica Gorman made the ever-dreaded paperwork a breeze that even included laughter. It was an all around fabulous experience, and I can confidently say I will be a lifelong customer of Bournival Jeep! More

Cody Bisnett gave me a professional test drive and showed me all the features on a Grand Cherokee. When it was time to pick up my Jeep, Jessica Gorman handled all the paperwork and had me ready to go in only a few minutes. Cody followed up by making sure I knew everything about my new Jeep including syncing my Iphone via bluetooth to the Jeep's system. I highly recommend Bournival Jeep. Now to the Jeep Grand Cherokee, In less than a week I have over 1,000 miles on it and I'm amazed at how well mannered it is in the pot hole filled back roads of NH and the interstate down to NYC and NJ. First tank of fuel I averaged 24.2 MPG which was about 2/3 highway and 1/3 in-town. This vehicle is fast, quiet and very smooth. I can't wait to head up to Moosehead Lake ME and drive on all the logging roads. More

Everyone at Bournival was amazing. I was the proud owner of a brand new jeep which, after a crisis of concience, I decided to trade for ... another brand new jeep with side impact airbags. Normally I am a of a brand new jeep which, after a crisis of concience, I decided to trade for ... another brand new jeep with side impact airbags. Normally I am a very careful buyer but I made the simple mistake of thinking the side impact airbags were part of the quick order package I bought. When I went to Bournival I was thinking I would really take a major hit to trade in such a new vehicle but the team at Bournival - Jeremy, Dale, Jessica and Colby specifically - listened patiently to my story and were exceedingly courteous and understanding. They gave me a fantastic price on the trade in and actually let me hold on to the vehicle while a new one was ordered as none in stock had all my desired options. There was zero pressure, the team gave me plenty of time, and all aspects of the visit went very smoothly. Jessica stayed late on a day she was supposed to have off to help finalize the financing when the new Jeep arrived. Jeremy answered several emails promptly and patiently. Dale took the time to show me around the dealership and discuss the vehicle I purchased in detail. Everyone was extremely friendly. Bournival used to have a mixed reputation in the past but they have overhauled their sales and service strategy and this was a very pleasant transaction with professional and no-hassle people. Service and Parts have been great so far. I am a customer for life. More

This dealership was wonderful. The sales Associate, Steve Tobey, was exceptionally courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles there. He wasn't the typical high-pressure salesperson, which was a nice change. He listened to all of my needs, was very patient, and worked hard to match me with the perfect vehicle! Jessica Gorman in Finance was fantastic to work with! She is also very professional and she took the time to answer any questions that I had regarding my financing. She was also very knowledgeable as well! She was very efficient, and processed all of my paperwork in a very timely manner. She was very pleasant to deal with. Lastly, the interaction I had with Dale Claus, the Manager, was also very positive. He was great to work with when we negotiated trade-in values. Again, he was not agressive, like most dealerships, and I was very pleased with his demeanor. I left the dealership a very happy customer and will be sure to return in the future! I highly recommend them to everyone! More

I delt with Josh Brindamour in sales and he was well versed in the product, actually he had more knowledge than any other sales person I spoke with in my travels. It was a 100% no pressure atmosphere. Jessica in financing was relentless in finding a great low financing rate. I truly never write reviews, but after interacting with this dealership it is my pleasure to do so. My family will only deal with Bournival in the future. Lmn More

My husband and I came in to see Dale to trade my Grand Cherokee. Quite honestly, due to our finances, I didn't have much hope of getting a shiny brand new Jeep Liberty! Dale was patient, professional, fai Cherokee. Quite honestly, due to our finances, I didn't have much hope of getting a shiny brand new Jeep Liberty! Dale was patient, professional, fair and knowledgeable and showed me numerous vehicles while I tried to figure out what felt right for me. Ultimately he put together a great deal only to find out in the eleventh hour that I had my numbers wrong and my husband and I we're off several thousand dollars. We we're working with Jess by then and she felt terrible. We assumed we we're leaving without my new Jeep but Dale put a new deal together that put me in the exact same vehicle I had just decided on a half hour before. We still don't know how he managed this. Jess and Dale stayed late to finish the deal and could not have been more helpful or courteous. Jess felt so bad and was so kind to us. I came in several days later for an inspection sticker and was treated like gold by the service department. Even got a lesson in using my new blue tooth from Jeremy. Dale and the entire Bournival gang have been great to us for years. Dale always goes the extra 100 miles in customer service...thanks Dale and company! More
