Karl Flammer has always done a great of maintaining my vehicle. Robyn and Dale are both great at keeping in touch and letting me know what's going on with my vehicle and giving a realistic expectation of vehicle. Miss led on the warranty that I purchased. Was told it was basically bumper to bumper excluding general wear and tear. I have 2 issues with my car that apparently are not covered by Portfolio.
