Happy new car owner I recently purchased a new car through Kelly Nissan of Woburn. This was the best car buying experience for me. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and did not pressure me into buying anything that I did not want. They were great with pricing and financing was so easy! Car buying is usually a headache for me but this time was a breeze! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a car! More

Easy, no pressure I met with Dan Holloran and test drove a Murano Platinum. Came back after two weeks and made the purchase. Dan was very friendly and pleasant to deal I met with Dan Holloran and test drove a Murano Platinum. Came back after two weeks and made the purchase. Dan was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Came to an agreement in about 10 minutes. Picked up the vehicle the next day and Dan took extra care to make sure everything was perfect with the car. This was a very positive experience. We stopped at Kelly Nissan and lucked out getting Dan Holloran as our salesman. It was a pleasure doing business with Dan. He was knowledgeable, low key and had a great sense of humor. After purchasing a Rogue we were ready for the dreaded meeting with a finance manager. Again, we were fortunate to meet with Jose Soto. He made the process smooth and seamless. We highly recommend Kelly's dealership and staff. It was a 5 star experience. More

Fifth and last (and best) dealer I visited I usually don't write a lot of reviews (though I read them) but I really want to praise Kelly Nissan of Woburn and recommend it. It was the fifth (Ho I usually don't write a lot of reviews (though I read them) but I really want to praise Kelly Nissan of Woburn and recommend it. It was the fifth (Honda and Nissan) agency I visited during my car shopping process and, hands down, it was the best. It was also the last because they offered not only the best deal (financially speaking) but also the best service so I made business with them. Dan Halloran's sales approach is what we were looking for. Someone who doesn't b.s. around, is not on your face and speaks in a way that can be understood. He patiently answered all the questions I had and was attentive. The other team members (Brian in Management and John in Finance) were extremely nice and assertive as well. It didn't take more than one visit to make my decision and finalize the lease agreement with them! I highly recommend it. More

Poor Sales Poor sales. The sales person was no interest to sell the car. He had this trainee with him and they both uttered poor jokes. He thought I am not ther Poor sales. He thought I am not there to buy the car , and I read his mind immediately and mentioned many times that I will buy the car the next day. He did not explain the features of the car, and he had lame reasons not to apprise my 2013 car. And when I insisted, he apprised my 2013 car to 4k below the dealer rate. When I said the actual apprised value from other kelly showroom, he was like, "Ok, what do you want now"? I just got irritated and walked away. If he is not interested to do sales on that day, he should sit back at home, relax or take a vacation. He wasted all my time that evening. The same sales person has very poor rating and I am wondering how he is still with this showroom. More
