Dan Morris (General Mgr) leads by example and his customer focus is evident in all my interactions with Crown Acura staff. John Shaw (Asst Service Mgr) and Sophie Morris (Sales Manager) always extend exceptional customer service whether the contact be via phone or in person. On a recent trip in this month for service, from the time I arrived (everything was all set for my appointment) until the time I picked up my car (which was already in the lane to be picked up) I felt personally very well cared for and confident that my car would also be handled in the same manner! I cannot more highly recommend this dealership -- sales as well as service! They always go the extra mile and it is appreciated!

We had the pleasure of working with Dan and Gary at Crown Acura and ended up buying a new RDX. From start to finish, the entire staff was very professional and responded to every call and email promptly with the information we needed to help make our decision. I walked in and was greeted warmly. Jacob was my sales person & I had already decided before visiting that I wanted to lease a new RDX. Jacob Loverdi took me for a test drive and educated me on all of the features, he really knows his stuff. The process was super smooth due to the technology Crown uses where on a computer screen you can determine your exact lease payment by adjusting various factors without involving a bunch of back and forth between sales and management like car buying has been known for. The sales Manager, Sophie, also stopped in to greet me and make all questions were answered. The whole process is transparent. Jacob made sure my car was detailed/ready to go with a full tank of gas & I was out the door with my dream car. Crown seems to have a family environment where their staff has been there a long time or have worked up through promotions so they really understand the cars and processes. I will refer people for sure!

Gary Scott did a great job for me. He provided all the information via phone and email before I even stepped in the dealership. He took the time to explain all of the numerous tech features to me and made the car buying experience painless. Leslie did a great job with the financing and got me a rate even better than advertised. Sophie helped get the AcuraLink set up. I wish I lived closer to the dealership because I would definitely get my car serviced there if I could.
"Prompt and courteous service"
This is the second time I took my 2018 Acura RDX for routine maintenance, and both times Bart Bartley took care of my needs. Bart was exceedingly courteous, professional and knowledgeable, keeping me informed of the on-going status and cost of the repairs. The repairs were completed well withing the time he had provided as an estimate. It was a pleasant experience. When I purchased the vehicle in late 2017, Richard Morris was the sales person, and he could not have been more pleasant. The icing on the cake ended up being the intervention of his son, Dan Morris, who facilitated the sale to my complete satisfaction. Based on my experience so far, I would strongly recommend this dealership.
