The customer service is always great. The work on the truck has always been completed in a timely manner. Just wish the Ford I chose was put together a little better. I would describe my dealership experience as typical and unpleasant. I negotiated price for my trade-in was disregarded, and I was not told I asked for a second key was told one would be produced and never unpleasant. Overall, I would not recommend Skyline Ford to anybody. Had a had it to do over again I would not go there! As you would expect from a car dealer once you give them the money nobody answers your calls. Buyers remorse. More

So easy to work with. Very quick and everyone was very helpful. Even enjoyed meeting with the finance manager!
