Salesman did a great job showing all features of Explorer. The whole process went smooth and we had no issues completing the sale. I was not greeted when I walked in and had to ask someone for help. A gentleman in tie introduced me to Dan and it was a great experience from then on. I explained to Dan that I was looking at either a For for help. A gentleman in tie introduced me to Dan and it was a great experience from then on. I explained to Dan that I was looking at either a Ford Explorer or F150. We walked around and looked at the different models and options. I also told Dan that I had a trade-in that I was currently still paying on and wanted to come in at my currently monthly payment or under with the same features. I can saw that we accomplished that goal and I went home with a new 2014 Explorer XLT. Dan was very great to work with and so was the finance officer (Sean). I would definitely recommended Ricart Ford and especially Dan Atherton. More

Over all experience on buying a new car at Ricart was great except that I do not feel that I was given enough on trade in for my car that was only four months old and was purchased at Ricart. I believe that I should have received more on the trade but I guess you get what you get. More

I did most of the dealing for my F250 on line or over the phone. The salesman was punctual in his responses and convinced me that I did not need to spend the extra money for the 6.7 motor.
