They are the biggest thieves One can see.. took My convertible in for a simple service they tried to push $18000 Bill on me telling me that I need a new convertible , top headliner and storage box. Took it to West Palm Beach Audi and they fixed for Free as a courtesy. Was a simple fix.. Especially If you are From out of state they look to Rob You I need my complaints to Audi North America and to the better Business bureau just want everyone to be aware not to go there and get taken advantage of More
