Dan was very helpful and great to deal with. I put winter tires on my Audi 8L, got my car's first oil change, and had the rear seat cup holder repaired.

I dropped of my Audi the night prior to service for a recommended replacement of a faulty airbag. Dan was on it! He texted me at 6:45am saying they had my car and asked when I needed it back. He communicated every few hours about the process and it was done by 11am. I added some additional work after viewing a very informational video about some other issuesthat should be addressed, and I felt like I was right there with the technician as I viewed it. The video helped me understand about what was needed, and Dan assured me they would get the rest done that day. He texted promptly at 3pm that I could pick the car up. Dan was professional, courteous, prompt and overall a great person to work with. I would go back to Prestige again when my Audi needs help!
Took my 2008 RS4 in for a recall issue. Service writer was knowledgeable, prompt, and had me out the door with a loaner promptly. Car was ready before the requested time. Will continue to take car there for service work.
