Outstanding !! Our first initial contact with Alberto was impressive to say the least. He even met me and my wife as we drove up with an umbrella for her. Alberto takes pride in his personable skills. He is very honest and genuine and immediately puts you at ease. That makes all the difference when you are about to make a big life decision. I had dealt with other dealers, but many were pushy can trying to contact far to much (got 11 calls in one day from a single dealer). There was a Giulia that had almost everything I was looking for so I inquired and this is when I first started speaking with Danny. By far the most relaxed, respectful, and upfront salesman I have ever dealt with. We disucssed the car, but he managed to get me into a even higher spec'd car for far less than the comparable A4 or 330i! I couldn't believe it, I though I was priced out of the car with all the options I wanted and then some, but I was wrong! The entire time Danny was texting me, helping me with every little detail, and had everything in order when I arrived to make the purchase. He even found an additional $500 discount after I said I was making the purchase! From walking in to leaving with the keys was just over 1 hour and the longest part was having some of the paperwork print out. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone like him. I'm considering getting the Quadrifolgio next just so I can have Danny sell me another car! An additional mention to Krystie who made the financing easy and didn't try to up-sell a thousand things like other dealers, there was just one, and it was the tire and wheel protection! All the staff were friendly and made getting the car a breeze! More
