My three year lease was ending and I was considering extending another year or simply buying out my CRV. The salesman was kind enough to show me the newest model and helped me to understand how easy it extending another year or simply buying out my CRV. The salesman was kind enough to show me the newest model and helped me to understand how easy it was to keep my payments similar to my existing car and walk away with a 2024 CRV. Needless to say a couple hours later I was off in the new car. Thanks so much. More

Visited this dealership after driving 25 miles. Earlier called for 2023 Honda CR-V EX-L w/ BSI but they asked me to come in-person. Over the phone, they told me they sell at MSRP. After reaching the dealership, this employee came to me after 15 minutes wait time. He shown very little interest to earn my business. This dealership advertised as No 1 Volume dealer in pennsylvania but they had only one CR-V EX-L on lot 🤣. This guy told me they sell $1000 above MSRP. Very different from what I heard over the phone. Jeff who was supposed to meet me called me in evening and asked why my name there in the list. WORST DEALERSHIP WITH LOW SKILLED EMPLOYEES. STAY AWAY. More

While shopping at a nearby Honda store- a place where my wife and I bought two Civics and an Accord- we had an extremely bad experience. This experience was so bad that we simply got up and left. I decided wife and I bought two Civics and an Accord- we had an extremely bad experience. This experience was so bad that we simply got up and left. I decided to give Conicelli Honda a try and it was night and day. They helped restore my faith in truth and honesty in the auto business. To save time and energy, I did most of my footwork on the internet by getting a quote for an out-the-door price on a 2022 Civic Hatchback. I fully understood that cars are being sold at MSRP these days, but I still wanted their price. Conicelli sent a complete OTD quote which included tax, doc fees, etc, for the total. My wife and I paid them a visit and had the pleasure of dealing with Darnell Geathers. Since we were trading in a 2016 Civic, we didn't have to be sold on the 2022 one we wanted. Darnell was awesome to work with and before long, wrote up a buyer's order and we left a deposit. The car was built and delivered in exactly two months. The next part was going through the F&I office. Our F&I person was Rebecca Coburn. I wasn't interested in an Extended Warranty Package but did opt for the tire protection plan, dent removal, etc, for a very reasonable amount of money. Again, no pressure to see things I wasn't interested in, so the whole process was quick, painless, and seamless. Finally, new key fobs in hand, we went out to see our new "steed" shining brightly in the sun, waiting to be driven home. Conicelli's motto is "A Nice Place to do Business." I can say, without hesitation, that's the honest truth. If anyone I know is interested in getting a new car, I will certainly point them in their direction. More
