It all started off with James Remer Jr. He was an angel of kindness, and his knowledge was next to none! Then Mr Dave Ramy came in and gave me a deal I could not say no too, followed by the very talented M of kindness, and his knowledge was next to none! Then Mr Dave Ramy came in and gave me a deal I could not say no too, followed by the very talented Matthew D ( I can’t spell his last name)! The three of them made the purchase quick easy painless and amazing! All kidding aside these three went above and beyond and made it an experience I will never forget! More

I can’t say enough about my experience with Mike, Dave & Matt! They’re the car buying dream team! They worked so hard to show me all the options within my budget, patiently answered all my questions, helped Matt! They’re the car buying dream team! They worked so hard to show me all the options within my budget, patiently answered all my questions, helped me through every single step of the process and ultimately helped me to drive away in a car I love so much, I teared up on my way out. From my first inquiry to post sales service, I have always gotten honest answers and timely follow up to questions Christine did not know. The more I learned about the Telluride, it was the best fit vehicle for my needs, the vehicle sold itself with absolutely no pressure from the dealership. With Christine's help configuring vehicle options, I made a no obligation, fully refundable deposit until vehicle arrived for delivery when I made purchase. Post sales service and questions on learning new technology has been equally satisfying. This dealership really cares about taking care of their customers. No pressure We stopped at the dealership on a service question with our Kia Optima and were looking at low mileage returned lease vehicles to check out prices and We stopped at the dealership on a service question with our Kia Optima and were looking at low mileage returned lease vehicles to check out prices and products. I sold cars in my past and worked for a dealership that was high pressure and don't let the potential customer off the lot until you sold them a vehicle. There was no pressure to buy and given all the answers to our questions. The vehicle we were going to purchase was sold while we were filling out the credit app and the sales manager offered to sell us his vehicle which had more options and had only been on at the dealership for less than 2 week with lower miles. Financing was smooth and simple with no high pressure to add additional products. A good buying experience. More
