Had a horrible experience with the finance department. It took me weeks to get a Hyundai Extended Warranty. Finally got ahold to a guy named Brandon Pallottino who took forever to get me a correct quote...... then I found out that Brandon left. Finally, got a random email with a docusign contract for a Extended Warranty and the information on it was wrong. So I literally had to drive to the dealership demand to talk to a Finance person David Cossairt and we had to undo the wrong contract and then create another one with the correct information on it. Total mess very disappointed in the process and the service... More

After finding the vehicle I wanted, I sat down with sales and finance to work out the details. Something did not seem right with the numbers to me so I placed a deposit to hold the car because I had an appo and finance to work out the details. Later that evening when I looked at the paperwork closer, I noticed they increased the price almost $3000 over the online advertised price. I really dread buying a new vehicle because I hate the "numbers" game. I give you one shot... and Hyundai of Fort Myers blew their's with me!!! More

Great til the end where they force dealer packages you do not want. They claim it has already been put on the car so you have to buy it. Also you are forced to pay a dealer fee. So be aware, if you are buying a vehicle from them you will need to pay an additional fee for dealer prep and packages you do not want. Your only choice is to walk away. Done. If I had the time I would have walked away but did not. Upside was the finance gentleman who took the time to explain everything. Make sure you work with David and nobody else. Took a long time to get the car as it was only washed since they were behind. Car was promised to be detailed. Even our sales rep had to go back and help them get some type of detailing done. Even after all that, we still had to wait for it to be filled with gas and then we were on our way. More
