Chris Pugh and Charlie Barlow were so amazingly great in helping us find the right car for our family, so much so we bought TWO! They negotiated a good price, financing and were pleasantly responsive to all our questions. Would highly recommend this dealer to all my friends and family.
Ed, David and Alan are the best! They are always professional and very helpful when I bring my car in for service. I bought my car 5 years ago and would not want to go anywhere else.

I brought my truck for service. Spring 2016, my air unit has been blowing hot air. I was told it needed recharged, And running correct the problem solved, However after a month the unit went out again. I returned once more and the service advisor told me a hose came loose, and he connected it and everything was good to go and the air unit was running correct again !! Needless to say 3wks later driving to Florida my children and I Suffered as the unit failed AGAIN!! While driving to our destination for vacation. OMG!!! Third time around I returned the truck for the air to be fixed this time I was told it would take some days for the vehicle to be look at & the problem to be solved .I was offered a loaners vehicle and told it would be taken care of. So I picked my truck up about a wk later with unit cold and blowing good unfortunately for me that didn't last. Back to square1.
So now returning the truck again for the Fourth time and was told the hose came off again and something about some dye being added to the unit and I should return when the air start blowing hot
again!!!!! So long story short, I've spent hundreds of dollars to have my air fixed. And after numerous of times returning my air conditioning still isn't fixed!!!!! The service tech always appeared in a rush and was short and to the point, like
uninformative. I thought the dealer could fixed the car after all, its the manufactures!! I'm very disappointed and have been inconvenienced!!!!!!

No matter what the situation from a normal oil change to extensive maintenance Nalley is top notch in their service department. They always make you feel at home, keep you updated on the status of things, and do their best to be honest with how much time your service appointment will take. David is exceptional with his follow up. He won't force unnecessary work and he always explains why something needs to be done.
