The Sales staff,
ROY,in particular, did everything possible, to arrange to drive the exact color, Leather
Seats, 6 Speed Transmisson, and the rest of the nicetys, that one buying a new 2018
car, one would expect.
The whole sales staff were quite professional, and Dave the Service Manager was as helpful.
I must conclude that the “ whole buying experience “, was as pleasant as it could be.
I only visited, one other dealership, did some research on line, and the next day, went down to
Commonwealth Motors, “ Shop us Last, You’ll Love us ! “ was very true in my experience.
I can honestly say, I have purchased 12 new cars, in my time, this was the easiest 3 hour deal,
that I drove home that day.

I love my 2007 VW and have found that it needs TLC to stay happy. The Service Dept at Commonwealth VW are very conscientious in both their work and communication. They do an excellent job and I"m grateful to be a customer. So is my car :)

Average car prices to other dealers in the VW brand. Average service prices compared to other dealership services. HOWEVER - the employees both the sales and service staff have proven time and again to go the extra mile, from finding a new car that met my needs to fighting for me with major transmission issues that I could not have created... Honesty and integrity in the staff keeps me coming back.

I was recently referred to Commonwealth VW by David Iby to purchase a 2018 GTI. When I arrived David brought me into the sales department and introduced me to Chris Leblanc and Marshall Daniels. Chris did a great job. At no time did I feel pressured or pushed around. Once it came time to complete the sale, Marshall and Benny made the whole process very easy.
