Once again Carlton Motorcars and David Knutti have provided great service on my 2010 E350. Highly recommend them for service. As with any MB's, the cost is somewhat pricey, but Carlton tries to keep it as reasonable as possible. This includes not getting some services due to low mileage on the car.
Based on previous experiences I have far more confidence in Carlton than an independent. Well worth the little extra you pay over an independent.
Had service done here today as were I bought my Mercedes. I got a "Service B" which includes oil change, cabin filter, brake fluid changed. And I
Also got the transmission flushed per their recommendation. Just this stuff... $970.00 I called Mercedes in Charlotte and they were half the price. I also asked to replace the spark plugs (4) and their yore was over $380.00. I called Hendricks Mercedes in Charlotte and they said it's only 220.00 parts and labor. Maybe the daughter that took over the dealership should stop taking her family on private jets all the time!!!! (I personally know they do) aka I know the pilot. Done with this place!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

The first word that comes to mind is"Family". I have been doing business with Carlton Motorcars for more than six years. During this time, I have purchased 4 cars and have had all of them serviced by Carlton Motorcars.
My sales advisor from the start, Pablo Goycochea, has treated me with respect, professionalism,and has been fair when negotiating a deal. His sales manager, Brian Paban has treated me with the characteristics. From time to time, I drop in at the dealership to say hello and see how Mr. Carlton is doing. Both Pablo and Brian treat me like a very good friend and make me feel welcomed. Much appreciated!
When it comes to service, David Knutti, my services advisor for the past six years, goes out of his way to assure that all my service needs are met. He is very professional and knowledgable and very personable.
