Terrible assistance by Owen Webster. I am extremely disappointed with this establishment. My mother recently purchased a brand new 2019 Toyota Rav 4 just a few days ago and noticed a few I am extremely disappointed with this establishment. My mother recently purchased a brand new 2019 Toyota Rav 4 just a few days ago and noticed a few errors in the paperwork. She returned to the dealership to get everything in order and ended up talking to Mr.Webster. I received a call from her while she was there and she was sobbing. Mr.Webster was unbelievably disrespectful and belittled her throughout their entire conversation. She was simply trying to correct any financial mistakes that she saw in her file and he made the comment of “don’t you know you’re a grown woman?” and many other unacceptable comments of that sort. My mother is a very high class lady and does not accept behavior like this and for someone to address her disrespectfully. She clearly became upset and the conversation ended in him screaming “get the xxxx out.” If that doesn’t scream to you that this man is not meant for a job in customer service, then I don’t know what will. The other workers there, though, are great and helped us through the whole purchase and helped my mother calm down. If you choose to purchase a car from there, ask for Izzy, Dave, or Mike. If Mr.Webster is the only person you can speak to, leave and choose a different dealership. Carver Toyota is not too far from Beck Toyota. I simply suggest for anyone with a serious, reasonable mindset to steer very clear of Mr.Webster. Unbelievably poor service. More

Great deal I researched car after car online using a few small parameters. When I received a list of cars that I wanted to test drive and choose from, almost eve I researched car after car online using a few small parameters. When I received a list of cars that I wanted to test drive and choose from, almost every one was from one of the many RaySkillman dealers. While his cars come with an additional small warranty even if no other warranty is offered, I could not pass up the deal for the Hyundai Santa Fe I bough with my wife. When comparing the prices and features, each other dealership said I was crazy not to pass up the deal. So the quality for a low price coupled with a knowledgeable salesman made my car purchase easy! When getting a loan from the bank, Steve was able to lower his original finance percentage below an offer from our own personal bank. The sake then became a no-brainer. Thanks Derik, you do a great job. More
