After finding out from Dillon Ruggles that the 2016 Sierra didn't have the towing capacity we wanted, we bought a 2017 Sierra 1500 crew cab with full tow package. More

The team tried to have us settle on the one on the lot but eventually said they would order what we wanted. Although it took some time to be delivered, David would return our calls when we inquired about progress of the vehicle, notified us when it was on its way, and called us when the vehicle came in, He was very excited and wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase. He took the time to go over all the features and make sure we are happy and if we had other questions. Sat with us in the car to initialize OnStar and explained all the features that were new to us.
